The torque limiter is proposed to adopt the integral disc spring type, which has the following characteristics: ① reducing the pressure stress on the friction plate; ② reducing the total stiffness of the disc spring.

The Mises stress and the maximum principal stress of the disc spring shall be controlled during calculation to prevent the disc spring from cracking. The stiffness of the disc spring shall be controlled according to its displacement, so that the torque attenuation of the friction plate does not exceed the lower line under the specified number of worn turns.
